Common Questions
To reduce cost to you and make our service more efficient, we dispose off all waste in your bins after double lining the bags to eliminate smells.
You don’t need to be home. We’ll come in and take care of your yard and keep it free from any waste for your arrival. Just provide instructions to us on sign up and we’ll do the rest.
We have a rotating roster that we switch up to optimise our routes between you and other homes nearby. Most weeks we’ll get to you on the same day every week but times may change. You will be notified via SMS when we’re coming the day of your service.
If your dog is comfortable with and friendly with strangers they we’re happy for them to be outside with us during our visit. If you think you’re dog will be aggressive, nervous or scared around visitors we recommend keeping them indoors for both your dog and our safety.
We bill the same day of the week every week and routine cleans are paid 1 week in advance.

Billing
Our routine cleanings are charged via a direct debit at the start of every month. All payments are charged pro-rated / in advance from date you are signed up. One time cleans are billed separately after work is completed.
